The opening scene of the series was pandering and unnecessary, a show that opens with nudity to spark viewer interest really dumbs itself down for nothing. It’s unfortunate because despite the writer’s excitement in jumping right into degrading women to show how “different” and “casual” it was back in the “good old days” was annoying. Mad men did it right as a period piece this one just seems to have sprinkled it last minute to add to the show when all it really did was take away from it. Looking past that it seems good but if they keep up with the bs I may have to stop watching.

Micah is such a d. Hard to watch the movie because he is so awful.

I found this documentary to be interesting. I don't think it was marketed correctly, however. Although it was different than I anticipated it was quite good. I found Soleil and her friends are quite relatable, especially having been youth that struggled with mental health issues/substance use. It is interesting to see her reflect on her teenage years, it makes me wish I recorded mine more. Some people seem quite upset about the film but I think the film offered tribute to some people that had been lost and preserved them in their final days/years. Worth watching to kill some time.
