Never seen a movie more serene than this. I loved every scene, every bit of it. It is one of those movies which will leave an imprint on your mind and maybe, just maybe, you won't be able to get out of the effect for days. There might come a time where you would want to rush out of the hall because the pain would become intolerable. But remember one thing before you watch this movie, that it's not made for everyone. So be very wise, recognize your own taste and then go and watch. My rating- 4/5

One of the worst serials ever. Was even worse when Akshara's role done by Hina Khan lol

Everybody here seems to be praising Deepika and Ranveer Singh for their acting in the movie but I would like to take time to appreciate the marvellous and splendid work done by Shahid Kapoor too. Everybody was fitting in their respective roles, including Shahid. and to those who are comparing this movie to Bahubali and were expecting it to be something close to it- PLEASE STOP!! Bahubali and Padmaavat are different in every aspect. The story of Padmaavat is realistic, unlike Bahubali. I really enjoyed watching the movie and I really want Bollywood film-makers to stick to this standard. GREAT WORK by Bhansali Sir!!
