LESS THAN SATISFACTORY HELP FROM CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS
I've emailed CUP on at least three occasions. Here's what happened: I purchased a new copy of the book and got all the way to the end--only to discover that Page 176 was duplicated as Page 186. (In other words--no next for Page 186). I did take the book back to the original vendor and got my money back (no issues there), but what bothers me is this: I would like to order a replacement copy but want to make sure the same thing doesn't happen. I've written Customer Service at CUP and have yet to get a reply. What gives here?
