I understand the emo-vision - the post-modern itch to deconstruct and portray shocking character paradoxes ... but does one need to hyper-manufacture drama to create this? I suppose this is the signs of our times: let’s turn this alternate reality of Apollo 11 into “Survivor”. What he did get right: costume, cars, and the real horror of deaths of White, Grissom, and Chafee.
