I am writing from New Zealand where most people wouldn't know anything about Turkish TV series. I only got to know that there was such a thing through a small video clip on my Facebook page. I was curious and decided to look further. So far I have watched from my computer KURT SEYIT VE SURA, CESUR VE GUZEL and lastly KUZEY GUNEY, all with KIVAN TATLITUG in the lead. I have loved all three, but of the 3 the one that has impressed me the most has been KUZEY GUNEY and the mesmerizing and magnificent performance of KEVANC TATLIGUT. His acting is so true to life, and his characterization of Kuzey so perfect that one feels that Kuzey is a real person that many of us can identify with. Watching KIVANC TATLITUG IN ACTION reminded me of the young MARLON BRANDO. I am convinced at this point, that one day, KIVANC TATLITUG WILL WIN AN OSCAR.
