Good, campy movie to watch on a week night. It leaves you satisfied at the end. It's the kind of movie I'd watch after a long day of work with a few drinks. It doesn't make you sit on the edge of your seat, or question reality too much. Not bad but not superb. The only thing I've been sitting here wondering is why in the hell did the robot look like it was made of of claymation. I mean they put all this money into every other aspect of the movie, yet the main robot looks like it was animated by a child. That is the only criticism I can offer up. All the props and other CGI in the movie is fantastic, yet the robot looks like it was just a second thought. "Oh wait there's supposed to be a robot in all these scenes???" Says the director 3 days before release. If there ever was a ball to have been dropped it would have been this f***ring robot.
