It was probably a very bad idea to watch this movie AFTER reading the book. So many aspects were changed and not in a good way. The book made you feel warm and fuzzy inside feeling all of the Christmas feels, while this movie left me cringing and wondering why they changed the plotlines of the book so much. The characters were very underdeveloped, i know it's a bit hard since it's only a movie and there's three storylines to cover but I feel like they could've done better. And this is coming from a teenager who generally enjoys cheesy rom-coms. If you want to read the book, please read it after watching this awful movie.
