Chilling viewing. Should be compulsory for young adults to watch. Several times I thought "I cannot watch this any more", but I had to continue. One of the things that struck me was the attitude of the guards - it was just a routine job to them, they were almost uninterested in what they were doing.. Gripping.

Inspirational, as was Helen Reddy! Brought tears to my eyes thinking of all the inequalities women have suffered - Helen Reddy made a huge difference.

What a film, what actors. I am a little ashamed to state that I have only just watched this film. I was mesmerised, my eyes didn't leave the screen once, so many surprises, none of which I guessed. Watch it if you can, it's rightly a classic.

Emotional, sobering, what the Nazis did should never be forgotten - should be taught as part of history in schools. I was in tears watching Episode 9.

Excellent film, plausible and suspenseful. Must have seen it 10 times now, but never tire of the performances, especially Jon Voight and Maximiilian Schell. Nice song from Perry Como!
