l love watching this show every morning, but today ANZAC DAY l was very sad, l was the only person in my street that was outside in my driveway to pay homage to the men and women who serve out country. My grandfather was a war hero and was the first Australian to be awarded the "Croix de Guerre" the highest French Medal of Valor, My father served as a Stoker in the Royal Australian Navy, he was also a "Rat of Tobruk" and a M & Z Commando, and his father was a Captain in the Navy, also my son is a currently serving Leading Seaman Marine Technician in the Royal Australian Navy, l am so very proud of my heritage and of the 3 generations serving this country.
