Very realistic chemistry between the two lead actors. Much more grounded in reality than other shows like Elite. I love that there was very little if any homophobia displayed except for the internalized homophobia of Willhelm. A breath of fresh air that those around him weren’t fazed by who he was and who he loved even though politically they still clung to heteronormative expectations, they never made it personal and showed love despite being driven by bigger picture concerns. Really would love a season 2!
