I can't believe how freaking late I am to the party and how I've wasted so much time on so called "Triple A Titles" when masterpieces like this were waiting for me. Honestly didn't think I would enjoy 2D Action Platformers (I refuse to call it by that "genre."), but this game just blew me away. Slow start, but it was all compensated through the intrigue of exploration. It was difficult at first, but the more I played, the more I got immersed in the world and the gameplay. Felt like a 2D Breath of the Wild - not as much exploration or collecting, but just as much fun and sense of progression and achievement. Thank you Team Cherry for such an awesome game! Hands down my favorite game of the past decade.

I'm not gonna lie. I won't call myself a "Taylor Swift fan," but I always appreciated her songs, even when she made the huge swift from country to pop. I always thought it was a "commercial choice," but it's albums like this that remind me that she's a true artist through and through. I liked how this album stepped back from the really upbeat pop and sort of "went back to her roots" even if it's going to be for a little while. Her songs, that are very personal, always seem to become relatable and this album seems to connect with me more than any of the others which makes me love it even more.
