Everything about this tv show is absolutely genius ! I just finished watching season 2 and man there wasn’t even a single second where it felt like a bore or scenes that were forced upon which is pretty rare as most tv shows despite being great are slow paced and takes time building up the overall plot for audience engagement but,not fargo…Be it the phenomenal soundtrack to amazing visuals/cinematography,action sequences,philosophical touch and dark humour used to engage the audience in a captivating saga of unexpected jaw dropping scenes this show stands out for sure just like breaking bad and the wire.Season 1 is my personal favourite, Freeman totally nailed the character of lester nygaard. I also loved the relatable sequences and references of the show to the original fargo by the Coen brothers. ✨💯

The Sopranos is character study,music,story telling,acting,humour,drama,tragedy and what not at it's finest. The show's opening will forever be my favourite ! Hbo shows like the wire and this one stands out because they literally defined the real meaning of classic televsion. RIP James Gandolfini you are the heart of this show. I believe nobody could've played Tony Soprano any better than him.

The wire is a well written tv show ! It covers almost every complexity of humans in their day to day life along with the portrayal of social problems in various institutions be it the education system,drug trafficking,prostitution,bureaucracy,politics,economics,street communities,police departments and press media. The best thing about the show is that it doesn’t have a specific main character instead it has so many that you’ll eventually forget at one point on which to consider a favourite one. Each character has the shades of grey just like anime. The wire is slow paced and takes time unfolding the script therefore it requires patience from the audience so if you are into fast paced shows like money heist,breaking bad etc. then you have to maybe consider watching the show without any expectation of cliffhangers.Last but not the least, i love the show because it is too real and that is why most people stop watching it however, i promise if you just watch it till the end with patience it’ll be worth it and still if it doesn’t even after the show ends then maybe it’s not your cup of tea.

The first half of the film is a bit boring though visually stunning with great shots,cinematography and background scores. The second half is interesting and i loved it.Stanley Kubrick for the time when it was released did an amazing job in setting the trend for sci-fiction genre and being a personal Kubrick fan i think 2001 isn’t the best film however not a bad one either because the storyline is just not that compelling and engaging ! His other body of work related to human experiences like the shining,a clockwork orange,full metal jacket and barry lyndon etc. are much deep. I think each monolith shown represented the evolution of humans throughout history and depicted advancements. They were like trees of knowledge.

A timeless classic ! Cinema at it’s best.

Eyes wide shut throws light on the dark side and disgusting reality of the high/upper class society cultures which projects a fascinating and fake image of happiness and fulfilment in order to hide the toxicity it holds. Be it sexual liberation,power and control,unfaithfulness,extramarital affairs etc. the film covers all the elements of dysfunctional elitism. Stanley Kubrick’s films are always power packed with metaphors and symbolisms which leaves the audiences open to interpretations and that is exactly what he did with his last film.3/5 for me !

Tarantio at his best ! Brilliant action sequences,cinematography,cast performances,soundtrack and storyline. Pulp fiction gives us a lesson that no matter how much messed up your life is, you will always be given a second chance by fate. Now it depends which path you choose because every person is responsible for their own actions,choices and willingness to change !

The boys season 1 was really good unlike season 2 which I personally feel lacked the engagement the previous season had, could’ve been much better. Anyways,the show is power packed with amazing action sequences,a brilliant cinematography,dark humour,cool bgm’s and unique costume designs not to mention the light thrown on flawed perception of celebrity culture and how the media controls us in the modern era of technological advancements. There were no specific character developments of almost any character as they all seemed complex and biased depending upon how they were taught to behave and conditioned/programmed throughout their lives excluding starlight who stood by her morals right till the end ! The show also depicted the dark side of forced religious conversion in the first season which is really something which isn’t highlighted in the society. Can’t wait for season 3 it’s a 4/5 stars for me. 💯
