The writers are clearly not fans of the franchise. They said they were going to respect the lore and then back tracked. Recasted essential characters due to wokeness, changed the entire lore that it doesn’t make sense. Finally, they revealed MC face on the first episode?! This isn’t halo. It’s a trash series with halo elements in it.

Spoiler alert...So it's an interesting idea. BUT the father not paying attention to the road because of the brat son who wont sit still when there are TWO others who can calm him was infuriating because he killed all those people and then the daughter and son wouldn't listen to their father when they tried to open the hatch against orders that got their mother killed was also infuriating. EVEN IF YOU WANT TO SEE IF IT'S YOUR DAD WHY WOULD YOU BRING YOUR DEFENSELESS BROTHER?!?! Anyway, I quit watching after this. People aren't this ignorant in the real world.
