I love Lydia's show and watch it every chance I get.. however I have a very grave concern with the way she handles the salt and pepper. I have noticed her use salt to sprinkle over meats turn them over with her hands and then dip her fingers back into the same salt dish. Same with using the pepper mill Does this mean, she discards all the salt in that salt dish after each show? And if not, how does she manage contamination?? Very very curious
