I didn't expect to like this film.. i actually love it.

This touched my heart. It's a simple movie with simple story that hangs in you for many days after watching. I read some of the reviews here back in 2017 and thought i shouldn't watch it only bz that would give me something to anticipate in this movie instead of killing the feel the name gives. But it nagged me for so long to watch it and i finally watched it last week. Gosh am i happy... And grateful that i didn't leave it out forever.. One thing that must be helping me to fall in love with this movie is that i hadn't read the legendary green's book. But even if i had, this movie would amaze me.. I think every one of the cast has done an amazing job. I could connect with each one of them.. And people say there is no message.. Well, so there is no message.. Why should every movie has to have a message. It's a story about how a boy found his hidden sides of life, how he had fun with his friends, and how his lifelong crush helped him to do all of that without even knowing it.. This movie deserves an 8.5 imdb rating

I haven't read the book.. So the film gave me a brand new story and i loved it. It has a sad ending and has broken many hearts including mine.. But may be that must be the righ way to end it, lets us to imagine all the possible after events.. A cute, sensitive and positive movie.
