Truthfully, I found Kevin Hart's performance to be surprisingly excellent. It's not often you see a comedian play a harder role and commit to the role well. Most comedians stick in the comedy movie realm, and when they veer off into other genres, the performances wane. Kevin Hart played this serious role well, and I believe it to be one of his best performances. The story is a drama, and the story is far fetched in some ways, but it's suspenseful, and I didn't immediately identify any plot holes. I would say the story line is more or less predictable after the conclusion of the first episode, but there were still some twists I didn't expect. The 5 stars I gave is mostly to Kevin Hart's performance. However, Kevin Hart made this series, and showed his versatility as an actor, not just a comedian who acts in comedies.
