I actually thought this was another adaption of M. Night Shyamalan's, The Happening. The wind kicks up and people start to commit suicide. The cast is good here and it was pretty intense in places but I wouldn't bother to watch it again. Sadly when it wasn't being "thrilling" it was rather tedious.
