Having spent 30 years with UNESCO, I am thoroughly familiar with this sort of initiative, one which I applaud. BUT, I would someone to tell me why, in 300 pages, there is not a single mention of epilepsy. That stands as a major shortcoming. I have my own suspected reasons (nothing sinister) but would like to hear from others. ‘
