The Rafi sahib version was shown on mainstream BBC TV as a mark of the quality of music and songs in Indian cinema. Also the Qawali from Hanste zakhm was featured on BBC TV. All in early 1970s. In London this film was shown to packed cinema halls. MUSIC of Shri Madan Mohan was considered as the best by BBC staff.
