It shows INDIA & Indian Army look like Nazi Germany, where persecution/torture is a common thing against Muslims by "Hindu Army" or more like "Upper Caste Hindu Army" (They've been very selective n specific with surnames) They portrayed INDIA as George Orwell's 1984 where every form of opposition is brutally suppressed by "Right Wing" "Patriotic People"/Hindus cause they're in power. THIS IS LESS about Ghoul & more about Left/Naxal/Maoist Propaganda (Nice job doing it all in the name of a foreigner director/writer)
