Caroline Veno

Excellent movie. Nicole Kidman gave one of the finest performances I have ever seen. Her "accent" was spot on. I have watched all the I Love Lucy and all The Lucy Show episodes. Kidman had the mannerisms, voice and movement down to perfection. Halfway in, I forgot I was watching an actress pretending to be Lucille Ball. The supporting cast was excellent. Javier was good, but physically was bulkier and sounded less like Desi Arnaz; perhaps because he played opposite Kidman's Lucy, which was perfection. Most importantly, the movie reminded us of the intelligence, talent, and gutsiness the real life couple had.
