I really enjoy this movie. Although the names are the same as in the Bible the story is completely different. It gives the writer’s point of view which is all we can rely on in the making of this movie. The acting is good and the cast is good looking.

I loved this film. I thought it was smart and funny. It gave the world all sides of black America. When Munk said it has everything, baby mommas, drug dealers, dead beat dads, and dirty cops. How could it not be what audience's are looking for. And Stag R Lee? What a priceless name. The brother is gay but used to be straight. The dad was a cheater that ended up killing himself and many other twist. Oh, and Van Gough Jenkins? Classic black name. Every time I watch this movie it makes me laugh. Great acting, screen play and directing. Please make more movies like this. I loved it!

This Color Purple was 5.0 to the first movie. It was so good. The acting was wonderful and the story and the directing. It’s a good story similar but different to the first movie. This is a new classic to me. Check it out. The singing by the ladies and this movie gives some more details from the last. It’s a musical with dancing but the acting is so great. Who wouldn’t love this movie.

I loved this movie. It's funny and the cast worked together really well. They seemed like friends so they were believable. It's a little suspenseful and very entertaining. I laughed a lot.

Tell the truth. Greed at it's finest. And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul? MONEY. Great show, great story and good acting!

I really liked this movie. It's very sweet. I love to see successful people of color portraying everyday people that show love, at beautiful weddings, and over friends houses. I liked the college togetherness, the sorority sisters, and the cousins being friends. It covered so many elements of life. Great job cast and director. You all are beautiful to me.
