The movie can't decide if Cheney is a bumbling, opportunistic idiot or an evil, heartless genius...so it paints him as both. The acting is good but all the quirky gimmicks used by the director get old quickly. Like Monte Python meets All The Presidents Men. Overall it is only mildly entertaining at best, save your money.
