Full marks to Vivekh for trying a SERIOUS ROLE. As others have mentioned, will take time to adjust yourself to see him in such a ROLE. But he has excelled in his act.
The story plot is good, but it should have been little TIGHT. The screenplay is very loose. It does not make the movie an INTERESTING / THRILLING thing.
Still a VERY GOOD attempt.

The story never makes you to feel that this is next, it always keeps you guessing. Direction and editing are main things which make you to guess always and not always but finally you see something you might have not thought.
I personally felt that is this the way high society people speak / communicate among themselves !!??

A very good movie about how dreams of parents are shattered by their children. It also depicts the values which were being practiced by people in those days specifically in villages [way back in 1975].
Was very much surprised to see Mr.Vijay Kumar , now famous as Sa Ri Ga Ma Viji. Could identify him with his voice.
Cinematography by Balu is Good.
