I have been frequently frustrated by the terrific food photos that are not labeled. There are several examples in the book. The reader has no clue if that recipe is in the book somewhere, or not. And, I have been a bit frustrated by ingredients. Scotch Bonnet? I did find that one on Amazon. But fish heads?
On the other hand, there are some great recipes in this book, and wonderful photos. The pork chop recipe is divine. I’m looking forward to making all the corn bread recipes.
