This book was a real eye opener for me. I have struggled with back pain and muscle spasms for years and having read this book, I have hope that doing the exercises outlined and reading the information provided, my road to recovery is within reach.
I have learned so much that is helpful and necessary to bring me into a good understanding of what I need to do to manage my pain and heal my body without meds and surgery .
Wish I had found this book sooner !
