The answer to the final question tonight, about classic British novels, was Bram Stoker. Bram Stoker was born in Clontarf, Dublin, Ireland in 1847; he is not British, and neither is the novel "Dracula". I suspect he is turning in his grave at this insult to his nationality and homeland !
