I've never wrote a review for a tv show. However, I feel that strongly about this, that I need to with this. Pros Characters and initial back stories. Robert Carlyle's acting. The first season Cons You'll probably need headache tablets to mentally piece together the family trees. Another show that thinks if you throw a load of money at CGi the show will be great. Far too many episodes. Quite often, they have to update the back stories, so the timelines keep on changing. Imagine watching 100 hours of Tarantino style direction, and this will give you an idea of how the timelines are. Got to the end of the sixth series and felt compelled to watch the 7th, just to finish it. After reading other reviews I see that the creators were involved in lost, which explains why this is so bad. They joined lost after the decent lost first season, but just like lost, they kept messing with the story, timelines and generally making it more complex. Personally, I'm glad it's finished!
