Season 8 was a good way to ensure that if you hadn't watched it yet then theres no point starting. The end is just the worst, unsatisfying ending ever. It would be like if Frodo had been arrested for theft and destruction of property at the end of Lotr and thrown in the mines or if the Avengers series had ended at infinity war instead of endgame. I think that if they were going to reach such an unsatisfactory ending then they could have killed off a few more main characters earlier in seasons 7 and 8. In the end there were too many stories to wrap up and not enough time, so the wrapping up was poorly done. I can't really see myself watching spinoff series as I'm afraid that the ending of those will be as bad as the original series and it will be time invested wasted.

Liked season 1 but couldn't be bothered watching past the pissing scene in season 2. If that's what the writers have to offer it's not worth watching.
