If Google Reviews gave you an only once in your lifetime ability to rate one single thing with six stars, this is what I'd use my one-time six star rating on. George Miller has spent a lifetime perfecting the craft of action movie making, and this is his magnum opus. It's an action movie so good that even though you know this is a prequel to MM:Fury Road and therefore Furiosa has to survive to the end, you're still kept on the edge of your sit from the very beginning all the way to the end (throughout all the action sequences at least).
I loved all the world-building, the transformation of Chris Hemsworth's character from Christ-like to deranged madman, and the inventive ways to use all the falling-apart technology. No one ever magically survives incredible amounts of damage the way so many action movies lean on, every plot device and choice makes sense, and every frame is shot beautifully.
I can't recommend seeing this enough, you don't even have to have seen any of the previous Mad Max movies because this is the prequel to them all, this sets up the world that Mad Max later inhabits and does so in a very interesting way. Six out of five stars.
