Lawren Whitney

Gyllenhall, Russo, and Malkovitch all gave excellent performances, and if I liked horror films, I might've even liked this film but since I don't like horror films, I didn't like it ... at all. So, why did I watch it? Because I didn't think it was going to be a horror flick; I thought the horror portions of the story would prove out to be some sort of mental illness or a new virus or bacterial strain (maybe something used in the art medium intentionally or accidentally) that everyone that came in contact with it would have these sort of "hallucinations" ... but alas, nooooooooooo ... just a horror flick. *ugh
