I would give this movie 3 out of 5 stars. I watched it because it seemed like a good movie which takes you to different parts of the world, however, as someone else mentioned, this movie seemed unrealistic. I understand a person can travel to find themselves but I found the main character portrayed by Julia Roberts to be kind of selfish. It seemed like she ended her marriage of 7 years for no reason besides "she was not happy". And then she used James Franco's character as a rebound and just fled. I honestly think she should have ended up with him because he seemed nice and caring. Only to go to Bali and almost leaving that guy too. Finding yourself can be done without hurting others in the process.

Gorgeous! The CGI (as many others have stated) is simply breath-taking. I honestly do not understand why anyone would have anything negative to say about this movie. So far, I believe, this is the most accurate Disney remake portrayal. Most of the lines matched word per word. I readied myself to not cry but ended up crying anyways. Such a beautiful and emotional film about 'remembering who you are'. I watched it, not once, but twice in the theaters. And I have never done that before for any movie. Go watch it! It's worth it.

I just came back from watching this movie and found it very cute! It's a great feel-good film which never got boring. A lot of the lines were cheesy and cringe-worthy, however, I would watch it a second time.
