Tonight (March 1st 2021) Katie Pavlich, at the conclusion of The Five, gave a human (canine?) interest story about her dog and how he "was laying" on a bag of snacks during a trip. I think all of the participants of The Five are college graduates. Don't they know the difference between lying and laying? Someone lies on the floor - it is an intransitive verb. Someone lays the carpet on the floor - it is a transitive verb. Recently the commentators - were they Fox? - tried to popularize the past tense of "sneak" as "snuck." When are we going to start using "it don't" around here?

Variation of the usual Liam Neeson plot (world-weary loner pitted against merciless pursuers in a dark environment), but good enough and far better than the Special Effects cartoons that pass for movies these days. One aggravating scene is where Neeson and the kid tie up the loose end of the bag of money and what is to be done with it.

All about the Blessed Virgin - not Christ. That alone is reason enough for the vulnerable not to watch it.

Overall a good movie, especially for dog-lovers, and the computer generation of the main character (the dog) is marvelous. Political correctness, of course - race and gender -

The story starts to move about one-third the way through and then is a pretty interesting crime solver. However, the script is wall-to-wall obscenities. The plot was interesting enough (barely) to stay and see it through, but I would not recommend going to it de novo.
