The Outlander

Just as the originals captured, and kind of defined the essence of the 80's (at least for my generation), this new series really seems to capture the modern times. Little things that are mentioned in natural and believable ways really make a difference. But it also keeps the theme of the originals. There is enough nostalgia, but it's also it's own. As I watched, I found myself believing I was really witnessing these characters lives as they actually might have turned out in real life. One of the best series I've ever watched. Star Wars may have took a dump on my childhood fantasy, but Cobra Kai made up for it.
