I don't get all of the hate. Are there bugs? Yes, but not even close to, say, Cyberpunk level. This reboot is a Saints Row game through and through. I get Volition really didn't push the envelope as far as bringing in new features, but if you're a fan of the first games in this series, there's plenty to like about this one. Playing on my Xbox Series X has been great so far. I'm about 15 hours into it, between the main story and side missions. It's wacky, it's stupid, and it's fun.

Not going to write a long review, but as a huge fan of the original, let me just say that Square does NOT disappoint. I was skeptical with this being only the Midgar part of the story, but they pulled it off, and then some. Bravo, Square Enix. Bravo.
