Honestly really boring. The movie DRAGGED its feet. It's only a little more than 1 hour 30 minutes but felt double the time because of how it dragged its feet. Some jump scares. The actors did a good job and the music is great but Jesus the pacing is BAD.

It's a fun watch but I really don't like how her main lady Sam is basically reduced to a "protective mami" type role. The tense scenes are very well done but everything else feels like "I'm just waiting for the next scene with the scary aliens to pop up". The cat was great too.

Pacing was weird. Dialogue feels like "I'm trying to keep up with today's teen lingo but doesn't quite hit the mark." I see seeds of potential in it but frankly it just didn't ever motivate me to keep going to the next scene. I'm saying that as someone who loves Olivia Wilde and is apart of the queer community.
