If you ask me why I liked it, it's just that, I understand Jeff. Not because I am gay but because of the format of the story and how Jeff acts like a mature teen who don't care, but is actually pretty insecure like everyone else. His thoughts were like mine, everything he thinks, say or act, it's like i was there, watching him. It's like we are friends talking about the things he went through inside the ward for 45 days. I like how sarcastic and intelligent he was, especially for his age. But the plot twists and everything is unexpected, at least for me who thinks that he did what he did because he thought he thinks differently than others and he thought no one actually understands him. I cried a lot especially at the end. I would totally recommend this book!
