Reading Girl1969

Like many others, I decided to give La Brea a chance based on the trailers. I even gave the second episode a chance hoping that the first was rushing the storyline to hook viewers. Sadly after watching two episodes I am just not sold. I understand that in other shows some of these actors have done a great job but the writing is terrible and not one of these actors is pulling it off. The storyline is laughable at best. To suck viewers in there has to be some element that can feel believable. Like that could really happen. None of it feels that way. I am not sucked in and frankly have made no attachment to characters to feel compelled to continue watching. This one is a fail in my opinion.
