Honestly though i wasnt impressed. There were so many plot holes like spoiler alert: Why did Justice League(2017) did not show Wonder Woman can fly? Why were 1984 events not even mentioned a single time in that film. Those events were very major, the whole world was descending into chaos. They spent like 1 hour talking about the stone and how the bad guy became powerful that they forgot to give us the action. The Cheetah was wasted and was cast aside. Her true form only came at the final battle and it was so short. The moral of the film: Be careful what you wish for, was so cliche as many films have already talked about this. One thing i have to praise was the fact that they cleverly referenced Justice League. In that film when Aquaman was praising WW, he did not know that the lasso of truth was wrapped around his leg. The same happened in this film and that gave us a solution as to how she learned that cheeky move in present day Justice League. Overall, it was a meh movie for me, but it is my opinion.

Just watched The Blair Witch Project the very first one in the series and comparing it to this I preferred this 2016 one. 1. The camera is of better quality and I can see properly unlike the 1999 one where the quality of the cameras at that time was so bad I had to squint to capture the details. 2. It was way more suspenseful creepier and scarier than the 1999 one. Every scene in the final 30 minutes kept me on the edge of my seat and I loved it. The 1999 one was so freaking boring as **** I had to yawn like countless times as these stupid people just love to scream and swear. 3. The house part was longer in this 2016 one compared to the 1999 one and I appreciated it as i recall I understood more of what the Blair Witch thing is all about. Overall a wonderful and well-crafted film which in my opinion is significantly better than the 1999 film and I hope instead of video games another sequel will hopefully be released soon.

Though the plot is quite messy and sometimes I am confused overall it is still quite a decent action film and a good sequel to add to this franchise. I loved the action scenes but I found the film to be too short on these scenes. So when a sixth film comes out I hope it can see off this franchise in a better way in terms of action and the plot.

I loved this film from start to finish. Though yes two years later from this movie both lead actors returned in Better Watch Out I preferred The Visit than Better Watch Out. This was the movie that sparked both young actors careers and therefore I have to give credit to this movie for giving these two actors their perfect way to break into Hollywood. Both actors performances were TOP notch and it kept me hooked throughout. Also if there ever was a Better Watch Out sequel I would love to have Oliver Dejonge return and maybe reunite her with her The Visit director M Night. Thanks!!!

I absolutely loved this film from start to finish. Actually I loved the movie first part when Lightning is blindsided by new generation of race cars and the music during that part is nice too. I loved Lightning crashing scene as finally he learns his lesson of being too proud of himself. But the middle part is like the first film very boring and I actually almost fell asleep. So if there is a Cars 4 please make the middle part more exciting. But overall way better than Cars and Cars 2.

It was very tense and thrilling. I loved the action and the scares. Though it underperformed at the box office i would love to see another sequel. It does not matter whether it underperform as Long as it can exceed its budget.

I have to thank my network channel AXN Asia for screening actually very hookable tv shows on Mondays. This show along with Curfew became my most watchable tv shows in 2020 so far. Before these shows even aired, i never knew these shows even existed, even though it has high ratings.

Tbh, i thought it would be scary and better than the original. I have to say i was let down by how boring the film was for the first 1 hour or so. What were the screen writers thinking,trying to copy It Comes At Night? It had a good cast, John Cho(Searching), Lin Shaye(Insidious) but wasted in this film. I recommend you skip the first 1 hour or so, the rest of the movie piles on the jumpscares and that scared me.

5 stars even though i cannot watch it. It is rated M18 here in Singapore and i am only 17 so i am giving it 5 stars just because of Anya-Taylor-Joy. She killed it in The Witch, Split, Glass and even the poorly reviewed Playmobil: The Movie.

It is way too similar to the first one. I miss the second one more than this one and I was upset at the fact that most of the second movie’s cast did not return for this film. But at least there were some funny moments.
