I partially agree with the author’s assessment of the power thinking has on one’s behavior or state of being. I just don’t believe that all thinking is negative. Nor do I believe that “thought” is a divine state of being.

I liked some characters and many concepts. But it was poorly acted by Sisko and his kid. I did like Sisko’s second wife. The doctor was awful. I liked the character development of Kira, Worf, and Odo. I was bored with recycled religious ideas and didn’t buy the prophet, Founders storyline. I did like the evolution of the Ferengi world. This was my least liked ST series.
