Good points: Script was closer to the Doom story than prior movie. Effects were not over done. Weak points: Unknown actors, they did OK, but was not believably acted. The acting team didn't "click" together. Not the variety of monsters I would have expected in a remake, there were really only four types. Weapons were also not varied enough but we did get to see the BFG. I expected more From Universal than this. Still not as bad as some of these reviews in my opinion.
