Don't listen to the dummies and the wannabe critics who only want to judge the movie off of the "acting" and the "film making" . It's a great movie with great acting from a great cast playing out a great story about brotherhood, revenge, love and loyalty. It's an action packed, emotional roller coaster that will make you laugh as much as you cry and keep you interested to the end. I've watched this movie countless times since I was a kid and watching these 4 actors interact, you would almost think they really are brothers. It reminds me of the relationships I have with my older and younger brothers.

Critics gave it good reviews simply due to the great cast. Don't waste your time. So much wasted potential.

The last samurai it's one of the most memorable movies from my childhood, and still to this day remains one of the most epic, emotional, action packed rides to date. The attachment you get with each character is sincere, and the battle sequences are realistic beyond belief, even by today's standards. This movie is a must see!
