Bad imitation, bad acting, if you really love the orginal series stay clear of this ..cause it will haunt you. Its not something personal I mean don't get me wrong I like the cast as actors I have nothing against them but I feel they could have done better if the cast actually watched the show (sober). 1- not correct set of casting except the dog (Ein) Spike is young chill character not someone old and stressed, Jett is this guy in his 40s or something not this young dude, and don't even get me started on Faye as the butchered the character outside and inside turning her into this hot headed teenager with a split character. And I won't mention Ed cause what the hell was that. 2- Netflix are known for showing nudity to get viewers and for the one time in their life the didn't wanna sexualize an already sexualized character was now for some reason. Am not with sexualizing female characters but for Faye she / they could've done better. What I wanted to say you had the budget, you had the potential why didn't you do something at least watchable cause honestly no charisma and no fluidity in the scenario it felt robotic. If you knew you couldn't make something like the original either A) you could have done an original story about different characters in the same universe as the original show. B) didn’t try so hard to copy they characters word by word and acted out based about their actual characters and not how would they look like. But anyway whats done is done and there is nothing we can do about it, the Netflix generation will probably watch it and think its the best American original show ever.
