I bought this book for my boyfriend as house warming gift when we bought our new house, he has always been semi interested in cooking but this book unleashed his inner MasterChef, any excuse to have a braai now so that he can cook something from his new book! To date our favorites from the book are the Steak and Kidney Potjie, the Jalepeno Poppers, the Asian Style Slaw, the Chesanyama marinade and the best by far was the braai'ed potato salad! Thank you for the most wonderful book, the pictures and the recipes are testament to the passion and love you guys obviously have for food and beer - which my boyfriend has in common but now he cooks for me!
