I'm extremely dissatisfied with customer service. The game itself is fun for solo and co-op, but as a returning player trying to resubcribe I had an issue with making purchases on the website that took customer service over 5 months to supposedly resolve.......... I say supposedly because I deleted the game and haven't tried making the purchase online since. All the while I received 2 emails from CS team basically saying "just wait indefinitely." Like I said I am a returning player so most of my characters are high level that wouldn't gain exp/items/guild perks without a subscription so it didn't make sense to play the game with preferred status since most of my account would be locked. I have a minor issue with how cartel items are described can be very easy to waste money on cartel items, but biggest issue is the customer support service. If you are not a subscriber you do not have access to in-game CS at all that goes for Free2Play and preferred status. Very disappointed as this was one of my fav MMOs but I have no desire to return anymore after my experience.
