I loved it. Mila Kunis was absolutely amazing. I have 30 years sober and drug-free. I struggled and had lost everything as she did. She conveyed the hopelessness and despair of so many addicts. I could actually feel her emotions as she pulled me back to my memories of 30+ years ago. She nailed it. And Glen Close, as her mother, showed the other side of the struggle. The loved one that is left in the wake of destruction. A fantastic movie if you want a glimpse into the realities of addiction, the insanity of it all, and the struggle to overcome. Extremely well done.

Loved it. Watched it twice and will watch it again. And the ending was a surprise, definitely had a twist, regardless of what the critics say. I think a few of them have it out for Emma Thompson. Anyway, good movie.

I thought it was fantastic. Shows the real struggles of growing up with an addicted parent and how it affects one's life. I grew up in the same scenario, very believable. Acting was phenomenal. Would def recommend.
