Just ask yourself, what is your outcome objective of anything you post on social media? If it's to get 'likes', what will that give you - gratification (how long for) or disappointment? Are you addicted, is it making you happier, more educated, or slowly more depressed and insular?
What do you think is the objective of the person who's post you're reading? Can you trust it? Are you being manipulated at all?
Social media sells/auctions our attention time to those who advertise/post & pay (the most). Their agenda is usually profit or manipulation - it may or may not be aligned to our agenda or values.
Division in society and anti-trust is growing to unsettling levels in 1st world countries, how long before there is civil war or total break down in democracy because no one can trust anything they read/view?
