This movie should have been a mini series. Bottom line. There is no way you can take the material they were attempting to disseminate and condense it into two hours and expect it to be good. Like many others here said already, the movie lacked any depth whatsoever, there was no character development, and the general ambiance, writing, film quality and directing sucked. It was a squandered chance for something great.
