I lost count of the number of times I have watched The Longest Day. I see something new each time. Yes, it is long. Yes, it is told mostly from an American view. But, the scale is immense, as is the story of D-Day. One would have to do a mini-series to give the battle on June 6th full justice. However, I will watch the movie again now and into the future. Damn good filmmaking!
