We enjoy Home Town very much. Visited the charming town of Laurel and had the pleasure of having our picture made with them. I have a question for them: they renovated a house for a woman returning to Laurel. She was a teacher. The house had a lot of termite damage and cost a lot to repair the damage. Ben said she had had the house inspected. In a case like that is the inspector not liable for the repairs
